When you are finalising your draw, step four allows you to compile a results email to notify all players of the results of the lotto. This is free text so you can add in whatever information you wish here but the main information we would advise to include would be the numbers and if there are any winners.
7. Most importantly, make sure you update the jackpot for next weeks draw
After you have completed your draw and sent out your results email, make sure to update the jackpot so it appears for next weeks draw.Â
At the end of step four, once you have clicked the blue Notify Players & Finalise Draw button. The page will refresh and you’ll be redirected back to the draws page. At this stage, it is important to click on the edit Icon of the current draw and input the jackpot for the next draw. Once this updated, it will appear on the front end of the system for your clubs lotto.
